A man who allegedly assaulted his neighbor was arrested Monday afternoon on Church Street.
Hopkinsville police allege 35-year old Mory Burse of Hopkinsville assaulted his 48-year old male neighbor, causing a broken nose and a severe laceration to his right eyebrow.
Burse was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
