Major League Baseball’s Toronto Blue Jays have found a home for the 2020 season. The team announced today it will play its home games in Buffalo, NY York, home to its Triple A minor league affiliate. This comes after the Canadian government refused to allow the club to play at their home ballpark in Toronto due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Pittsburgh was also pinned as a possibility, but state officials declined. While the Blue Jays begin their season today, their first Buffalo home game is set for next Wednesday.

The Atlanta Braves will be without their top two catchers, Tyler Flowers and Travis d’Arnaud, for this weekend’s series at the New York Mets after both players showed symptoms of the coronavirus. Manager Brian Snitker said today that Flowers and d’Arnaud have tested negative for COVID-19 but did not travel with the team because they had symptoms.

Utilityman Derek Dietrich-released by the Cincinnati Reds earlier this week-has reportedly found a new team. Dietrich announced today on his Instagram account he has signed with the Chicago Cubs.
