South Western Kentucky Economic Development Council Executive Director Carter Hendricks says all local industries remain operational during this pandemic and several are hiring.
Appearing on WHOP News Friday morning, Hendricks said many of the local industries are starting to see an increase in demand for their products.
He listed some of the industries currently looking to take on new employees—noting there are many different types of positions available.
Even with that good news, Hendricks says there is still much uncertainty about how the world will look in the future and how that will affect supply and demand.
The South Western Economic Development Council includes Christian, Todd and Trigg counties.
