West Kentucky Star.com reported yesterday a DUI charge against Marshall County Lady Marshals head coach Dan Langhi has been dismissed. A judge dismissed the DUI charge after a recent evidentiary hearing found that there was no reliable field sobriety test given during the traffic stop January 1st. Langhi still faces a speeding charge.
Langhi was suspended indefinitely from coaching the Lady Marshals. Aaron Beth took over as interim coach, and led the Lady Marshals to the 1st Region title in March. Langhi’s attorney-Don Thomas-hopes that Langhi will be allowed to resume coaching the Lady Marshals now that the DUI charge has been dropped.
