Seven time NASCAR winner Jimmie Johnson has been cleared to race at the Quaker State 400 at Kentucky Speedway coming up on Sunday. Johnson missed last week’s race after testing positive for Covid-19, but had negative tests Monday and yesterday according to Hendrick Motorsports. Johnson is the only NASCAR driver to test positive for the coronavirus since the series resumed racing on May 17th. He is scheduled to retire from full-time NASCAR competition at the end of this season.
