Titans and all NFL teams to lose two preseason games

The Tennessee Titans won’t be playing as many preseason games this year, if any. The NFL is trimming its preseason from four games to two games, multiple outlets report. The players union has not signed off on that, but is questioning the value of playing any exhibition games during the coronavirus pandemic, NFL Network reports.
There will be a board of reps call today. The Titans will play their two exhibition games against the New York Giants August 22nd at Nissan Stadium and play at Tampa Bay August 29th.

Meanwhile, if fans are allowed this season at NFL stadiums, they may have to sign a COVID-19 liability waiver, The Athletic reports. The proposal is expected to be sent to teams early this month as the NFL mulls over options to open with fans in the stands. Each state and city will have health guidelines on how many spectators, if any, will be allowed amidst the coronavirus pandemic.
