Two people were killed in a fiery head-on collision Friday morning on I-24 in Christian County.
Kentucky State Trooper Rob Austin says the driver of an eastbound box truck crossed the median at the Kentucky Welcome Center and hit a westbound tractor-trailer.
The trucks caught fire and both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene.
Christian County Coroner Scott Daniel identified the driver of the Ryder truck as 47-year old Johnny Clark of Joelton, Tennessee and the driver of the semi as 63-year old Jeffery Clark of Hartford, Illinois.
