Fort Campbell COVID-19 case numbers remain relatively low

The number of coronavirus cases on Fort Campbell remains relatively low and that’s allowing training to ramp up on post.

Fort Campbell and 101st Airborne Division Commander, Maj. Gen. Brian Winski spoke during a virtual town hall this week and says none of the post’s current COVID-19 cases are in the hospital.

Continued loosening of restrictions has allowed much-needed training as units gear up for their next assignments.

Post officials say planning is underway on how to proceed with reopening Fort Campbell schools for the upcoming school year.
