Current Edmonton Oiler and former Nashville Predator James Neal says he would like to conclude his career in a Predators uniform. Neal made the comment in an interview with WNSR Radio-Nashville Monday while playing in a golf tournament in the Music City. Neal played for the Predators from 2014-17. After this season, he has three years remaining on his current contract.
Nashville Predators goalie Pekka Rinne was announced Monday as the winner of the NHL Fan’s Choice Award for Goal of the Year. Rinne’s empty net goal came with 22 seconds left in a 5-2 win against the Chicago Blackhawks on January 9th. It happened to be his first NHL goal and was the NHL’s first goalie goal since 2013.
