Tennessee athletic director Phillip Fulmer said he is fairly certain there will be a college football season this fall. Fulmer, however, told the Knoxville News Sentinel he does not know how many fans will be allowed inside Neyland Stadium, which seats just more than 102-thousand. The Vols open the season September 5th against Charlotte.
