Brice Long Back-2-Back concert to take place virtually on June 27

The Back-2-Back Foundation Brice Long concert will not take place at the James E. Bruce Convention Center this year, but instead will be played live from a studio in Nashville.

This change comes from ongoing concerns about the COVID-19 pandemic, with Long appearing on WHOP Wednesday and saying this is not how he expected the 15th concert to go, but it’s necessary to help keep people healthy.

It will take place via Facebook live on several pages, and will start at 7 p.m. on June 27—that date is a little sooner in the year than normal—with several guest performers.

Long says they will still continue to raise money for the Back-2- Back Foundation, and donations can be made online to benefit that cause.

All money raised from the event goes to help families in need in Christian, Todd and Trigg Counties have a good Christmas—from toys, to clothes and to other needs the family may have. The Back 2 Back Foundation raises money throughout the year in various ways, but the concert is the largest fundraiser each summer.
