A new traffic light will be activated Friday morning on Fort Campbell Boulevard just north of Oak Grove.
It will be at Valor Drive—near the entrance to the new Love’s truck stop under construction. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says the signal has been operating on flashing mode to familiarize drivers with the new signal.
Variable message boards will be placed in advance of the traffic signal on Fort Campbell Boulevard to alert motorists of the new signal and to prepare to stop.
Motorists are encouraged to reduce their speed while traveling through the area and pay attention to posted signage for new stop conditions.
