Two people were injured in an accident Wednesday afternoon in Madisonville.
It happened about 5:15 p.m. and Madisonville police say a 17-year old juvenile was attempting to turn left from South Main Street onto Dulin Street when he drove into the path of a northbound car operated by 36-year old Jennifer Mitchell of Madisonville.
Their vehicles collided in the intersection and both drivers were taken by ambulance to Baptist Health Hospital for treatment of injuries.
