Atlantic Coast Conference commissioner John Swofford said he is anticipating a normal football season. He made the comment Thursday in a teleconference call at the conclusion of the league’s spring meetings. On the flip side, Swofford acknowledged the ACC is financially planning for scenarios having no sports for the upcoming school year. He said testing athletes for coronavirus will be critical before sports resume.
