NASCAR’s first race at Darlington to have some changes

NASCAR is set to resume on Sunday. Races will be run at Darlington and Charlotte over the next couple weeks. The Darlington race this Sunday will feature some new wrinkles in the wake of COVID-19. A random draw will determine the starting lineup while the field will be frozen and allowed two pit stops during a lap 30 competition caution. The random draw will be based on charter teams based on their position in owners’ points.
