University of Louisville president Neeli Bendapudi says the school will fight against some of the allegations levied by the NCAA on Monday concerning the basketball program. Bedapudi tells the Courier Journal the school will accept responsibilities for violations they are in agreement with, but push back on others. After a ruling, the NCAA will decide upon penalties which can be appealed by the school. U of L has 90 days to respond to the allegations.
