The top-rated high school football prospect in the state of Alabama is committing to Tennessee. Defensive end Dylan Brooks is the 18th-ranked player in the Class of 2021 according to ESPN, and committed to the Vols yesterday. Tennessee now has five players from Alabama committed to the Class of 2021.
