UK’s Howard considered as top women’s player for next season

University of Kentucky women’s standout Rhyne Howard has been chosen as the early favorite for National Player of the Year for 2021 by ESPN. In a podcast from the UK Sports Network, Wildcats coach Matthew Mitchell talked about Howard:

Howard had a tremendous sophomore season being named SEC Player of the Year, earned AP All-American honors, was named to the All-SEC First Team and was a finalist for the Naismith Award.
