Leadership Hopkinsville-Christian County has been put on hold for now due to COVID-19, but when things get back to normal, applications are available for both the adult and youth programs.
The deadline to turn in an application is April 17, so interested participants are urged to get that done soon. Leadership Coordinator Brooke Jung says they’re also accepting applications from local students in their final years of high school, and it will give them a chance to learn more about the area they live in.
It’s $60 for students to participate in the youth program. She says the applications—for both the youth and adult programs—are available through the Leadership Hopkinsville-Christian County Facebook page.
The cost to participate in the adult leadership program is $600, or $550 for Chamber of Commerce members. All events and meetings are mandatory—for both programs—so people are requested to check their schedules and the requirements before committing.
