Rudy Gobert has downplayed a reported rift with Utah Jazz teammate Donovan Mitchell following the pair’s coronavirus experience. The All-Stars contracted COVID-19 last month, prompting the NBA to suspend the season, and both have since recovered. Gobert’s careless behavior prior to testing positive reportedly angered Mitchell, but while addressing rumors of friction with Mitchell via Instagram Live, Gobert said the two spoke a few days ago. He added they were both ready to go out there and try to win a championship for this team.
