Churchill Downs announced today the re-opening of stable areas has been delayed until April 28th in response to executive orders by Governor Beshear. A news release also indicates the Spring Meet that was to begin April 25th was recently postponed with the exact starting date to be determined closer to the opening of the stable areas.
