Tennessee Titans general manager Jon Robinson said in a news conference today the Titans have been in contact with free agent pass rusher Jadevon Clowney’s agent, but added “nothing is imminent”. Clowney had been seeking a $20 million dollar deal, but the former number one pick is now asking for a $17-18 million deal.
Clowney has battled injuries throughout his six year pro career and Robinson pointed out there was nothing more important than the health of a player.
