An investigation by Hopkinsville police on South Kentucky Avenue Tuesday night led to the arrest of a man for strangulation and assault.
An arrest citation for 27-year old Karl Bailey of Hopkinsville says he was in an argument with his girlfriend when he allegedly placed his hands around the woman’s neck.
Bailey is charged with second-degree strangulation and fourth-degree assault.
