Brady & Gurley sign free agent deals

Tom Brady is now a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The six-time Super Bowl champion quarterback signed a two-year, $60 million contract in free agency today, embarking on what he calls a ”new football journey” with the Buccaneers.

The 42-year-old quarterback spent the first 20 years of his career with the New England Patriots.

The Atlanta Falcons have agreed to a one-year, $5 million contract with running back Todd Gurley less than 24 hours after the three-time Pro Bowler was released by the Los Angeles Rams. The former University of Georgia star signed a four-year, $60 million extension with the Rams in 2018, but was cut before playing a game under that deal due to injuries and the Rams’ lack of salary cap space.
