Western Kentucky athletics director Todd Stewart took to social media today to talk a bit about Conference USA’s decision last night to cancel spring sports. Stewart said: “Our athletes make many sacrifices in order to compete for a championship and when this opportunity remains no longer remains, it is a sad and unfortunate outcome.”
Stewart added : “While there is currently an empty feeling, we will get through this together.”
