Baltimore Orioles star Trey Mancini underwent surgery for colon cancer after a colonoscopy revealed a malignant tumor last week. The outfielder, first baseman and designated hitter left the team last Saturday to undergo what Baltimore called a “non-baseball operation”. There is no current timetable for his return.
