Conference USA along with the Atlantic Coast Conference, the Big 10, the Big 12, Western Athletic Conference, Atlantic 10, Mid-American and the American Athletic Conferences have also announced cancellations of the remainder of their basketball tournaments due to Coronavirus.
Meanwhile, the Big East tournament, at least for the time being, is being played today at New York’s Madison Square Garden.
