Concerns over the Coronavirus outbreak has led officials of the Big West and Mid-American Conferences to play their conference tournaments with no fans in attendance. The Ivy League cancelled both its men’s and women’s tournaments Tuesday with Yale receiving the men’s automatic bid to the NCAA tournament and Princeton to receive the women’s NCAA tourney bid.
