CCSO seeking the public’s help to raise funds for Ky. Sheriff’s Boys and Girls Ranch

The Christian County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the assistance of the public to help raise funds to send children to the Kentucky Sheriff’s Boys and Girls Ranch.

According to a news release, the program provides services, supplies and staff for the Boys and Girls Ranch located in Gilbertsville that lets children experience a positive and uplifting summer camp in a supportive setting.  Local citizens can expect to receive letters asking them to join in the cause by donating $25 to help provide the program for kids across the state.

For that donation, participants will receive a membership card, bumper sticker and a subscription to a twice-annual newsletter. For more information, contact the Christian County Sheriff’s Office at (270) 887-4141.
