Pairings are set for the Ohio Valley Conference men’s and women’s tournaments that begin Wednesday at the Ford Center in Evansville.
Women’s: Murray State is the eight seed and will open the tournament facing top seed UT Martin at 1 pm Wednesday with Austin Peay getting the seven seed and will meet second seed Belmont at 3 pm Wednesday. If Murray State and Austin Peay win, they will move to the semifinal games Friday afternoon at 1 and 3 pm.
Men’s: Murray State will be the number two seed and face either Austin Peay, Eastern Illinois or Jacksonville State in semifinal play Friday night. EIU and Jacksonville State meet in a first round game Wednesday night at 8:30 with Austin Peay to get the winner on Thursday night also at 8:30. Belmont is the number one seed for the tournament.
