Graves Co. HS volunteer indicted for alleged inappropriate contact with student

A volunteer at Graves County High School has been indicted for alleged inappropriate communication with a student.

Kentucky State Police were contacted in December by the school’s administration regarding allegations of the alleged conduct by 43-year old Robert Soto of Sedalia. Investigation led to an indictment being issued last month for one count of prohibited use of an electronic communication system to procure a minor.

Soto turned himself in at the Graves County Jail Thursday and was served with the indictment warrant.

Police say Soto was a non-paid volunteer with the Jr. ROTC program at Graves County High.
