One of this week’s Crime Stoppers fugitives of the week has been arrested.
Hopkinsville police arrested 45-year old Hector Rosario at a Pennyrile Homes residence Wednesday afternoon and served him with a warrant for failing to appear in court.
Meanwhile, Crime Stoppers continues to ask for the public’s help to locate 29-year old Andrea Kinzer, who is sought for probation.
