Longtime Todd County school system administrator Camille Dillingham is set to oversee day-to-day operations of the district following the resignation of Superintendent Ed Oyler.
Dillingham, who is the district’s only assistant superintendent, says she’ll be sure everything runs smooth until the Todd County Board of Education officially appoints an interim or acting superintendent.
Dillingham has held numerous capacities in the district over 26 years including teacher, principal, preschool coordinator, curriculum instruction director, personnel director, director of districtwide services and director of assessment.
She says the school system will operate as normal in Oyler’s absence.
Oyler presented his letter of resignation to the school board Thursday night, saying his decision was after “much reflection, careful thought, and consideration.”
