Nick Taylor is alone atop the leaderboard after the first round of the PGA Tour’s AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. He carded an eight-under 63 in Thursday’s first round to lead by two strokes. Patrick Cantlay and Chase Seiffert are both two shots back at minus-six. A group of eight golfers is tied for fourth at five-under par. Defending champ Phil Mickelson is at four-under. Kentuckians JB Holmes and Josh Teater are both at one under par while Nashville’s Brandt Snedeker is at one over par.
