Man dies after getting stuck in Clarksville donation bin

A man died Sunday afternoon after getting stuck in a donation bin in Clarksville.

Officials were notified that a man was stuck in a bin at 3050 Wilma Rudolph Boulevard about 3:50 p.m., according to Clarksville police, who say emergency responders found the lower part of the 48-year old man’s body protruding from the bin when they arrived.

He was extricated from the bin and pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say foul play is not suspected in the incident.
