A second man has been arrested in connection with a shooting incident from Tuesday morning on Peachers Mill Road.
The man inside the car who exchanged gunfire with others outside, 26-year old Benjamin Richardson, has been charged with possession of a handgun by a felon.
One of the two people shot outside of the vehicle, 39-year old Feddrick Bates, is charged with the same crime.
Clarksville police say Richardson was also served with warrants for multiple charges.
All three people injured in the incident have been released from the hospital and additional charges are possible.
