Boys: Hopkinsville fell to Northeast 61-42. Javon Smith-Rudd led the Tigers with 12 points with Reece Jesse adding 11. Hopkinsville lost its fifth straight game and is 7-11 on the season and travels to Webster County Friday night.
Girls: Northeast edged Hopkinsville 56-50. The Lady Tigers had four players in double figures as Donisha Flowers and Jakayla Epps each had 12 points with Shaterra Bellamy and Lakayla Samuel adding 11 each. Hopkinsville fell to 8-9 on the season and plays at Hopkins Central Friday night.
