13th ranked Kentucky got 37 points from Rhyne Howard in getting by 22nd ranked Tennessee 80-76 Sunday in Lexington. UK improved to 12-2 while Tennessee fell to 11-3. Kentucky returns to action Thursday night at Alabama while Tennessee is also in action Thursday night at Ole Miss.
In other SEC action: Florida defeated Vanderbilt 68-60. Vanderbilt fell to 11-4 and plays at Georgia Thursday night.
Seventh ranked Louisville trailed before rallying to down Duke 60-55. The Cardinals improved to 14-1 and play at Miami on Thursday night.
