The first baby born in 2020 at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital on Fort Campbell arrived on New Year’s Day.
In fact, the wait wasn’t long at all for Barren Alan Maddex to come into the world at 3:14 a.m. Wednesday. He weighed in at 6 lbs. and 1 oz. and was 19 inches long.
He is the son of Staff Sgt. Justin Maddex and wife Anna Claire.
