A Hopkinsville couple was arrested Thursday afternoon on charges related to strangulation of a child.
Hopkinsville police charged 27-year old Bradford Lynch, Jr. with first-degree strangulation and 29-year old Sheena Lynch with complicity to first-degree strangulation.
The warrants say Braford Lynch went into the room of his step-son in August and strangled him until his face turned red. He then went to another step son and allegedly strangled him.
He is also accused of smashing his step-daughter’s phone in the incident.
The children’s mother, Sheena Lynch, was present at the time and did nothing to stop her husband, according to the warrants.
