Kentucky signed 20 players during National Signing Day Wednesday including offensive lineman John Young of Christian Academy-Louisville and quarterback Beau Allen of Lexington Catholic along with transfer quarterback Joey Gatewood from Auburn.
Louisville signed 25 players which will make the loss of 27 seniors from this year’s team a bit easier. Among the signees was the top junior college offensive tackle in the nation in Trevor Reid from Georgia Military College. The class also includes quarterback Tee Webb from Cartersville, GA.
Western Kentucky signed 15 players on Wednesday while Austin Peay announced 10 signees.
