The Kentucky High School Athletic Association announced the first statewide RPI rankings of the season today.
Boys: Jeffersontown is ranked number one with Ohio County ranked sixth and Madisonville is eighth this week.
Girls: Bowling Green is number one with Madisonville ranked third this week.
In the 2nd Region: Madisonville is number one in the Boys poll followed by Webster County, Lyon County, Union County and Christian County in the top five. Hopkinsville is seventh, University Heights is ninth and Fort Campbell is 10th.
Madisonville is also number one in the Girls poll followed by Henderson County, Union County, Christian County and Webster County in the top five. Hopkinsville is ranked ninth with University Heights 11th.
