Austin Peay first-year coach Mark Hudspeth has been named the American Football Coaches Association Region Three Coach of the Year. Hudspeth led Austin Peay to the Ohio Valley Conference championship this season and an 11-3 record heading into Friday night’s FCS quarterfinal playoff game at Montana State.
