Man arrested for allegedly selling stolen TV, game console

An arrest warrant for receiving stolen property and theft was served Sunday night against a Hopkinsville man.

It alleges that in September of this year, 19-year old William Schultz of Hopkinsville took a man’s flat screen television and sold it to another person. He also allegedly worked with a female to sell a stolen Playstation valued at $300 for only $25 on the same day.

Police say Shultz and the other person also pawned several stolen games at a local pawn shop.

The Playstation and television have since been recovered and returned to their owners.
