A motorcyclist was flown to a Nashville hospital Sunday afternoon following an accident on North McPherson Avenue.
A collision report from Hopkinsville police says 35-year old Michael Reeves of Hopkinsville was southbound and struck a vehicle driven by 26-year old Jatraevionn Thornton of Hopkinsville, who was backing into a driveway.
Thornton told police he did not hear or see Reeves’ motorcycle until the crash.
Reeves was taken by EMS to the Air Evac helipad and was flown to Skyline Medical Center. Thornton was transported by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
