Colonels & Tigers conclude regular season tonight

Christian County and Hopkinsville both wrap up regular season play this evening.

The 0-9 Colonels are on the road to face Class 6-A’s 10th ranked team in McCracken County, who is 6-3 on the season. Christian County lost last week to South Warren while McCracken County fell to Henderson County. Colonels coach Steve Lovelace offers thoughts on the Mustangs:

The game kicks off at 7 in Paducah, with coverage joined in progress following Kentucky basketball on Lite Rock 98.7 and lite987whop.com.

Meanwhile, Hopkinsville-ranked 8th in Class 4-A takes on Paducah Tilghman-ranked 10th in Class 3-A. A Tiger win and losses tonight by Madisonville and Logan County give Hopkinsville the top seed in their district. Tigers coach Craig Clayton talks about the Blue Tornado, especially running back Jayden Freeman:

Kickoff at the Stadium of Champions is at 7, with the First Financial Bank pregame show at 6:35 on News Radio 95.3 FM/1230 AM WHOP and whopam.com.
