A trip to the KHSAA State Tournament next week is on the line this evening in Madisonville as the 2nd region championship between University Heights and Henderson County takes place.
Last night, University Heights blanked Crittenden County three sets to none in semifinal play while Henderson County edged Caldwell County three sets to two. Tonight’s final begins at 7 pm.
Elsewhere: Greenwood ended Logan County’s season in the 4th region semifinals with a three sets to none victory. The Lady Gators meet South Warren in the championship match this evening.
