A Hopkinsville man was arrested late Wednesday night for allegedly stealing a woman’s car.
The victim told Hopkinsville police that she was attempting to help 53-year old Michael Evans, who was homeless, and that he took her keys and left in her car while she was in the bathroom.
The car was located several hours later and Evans was arrested for felony auto theft. He was also served with warrants for failing to appear in court.
