$5,000 reward offered for info on escaped inmate

The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the inmate who escaped from the Christian County Jail Monday night.

As previously reported, police say 61-year old Creadell Hubbard escaped from the jail through the air ducts. He is a black male, standing about 5-10 and weighing approximately 195 pounds.

Hopkinsville police say he is a suspect in a prior shooting call on Jago Road and he has a violent criminal history.

Hubbard was a federal inmate and the U.S. Marshals Service is hoping the $5,000 reward will generate additional interest from the public. They say he has ties to Hopkinsville, Henderson and Evansville.

He is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached. Anyone seeing Hubbard can dial 911 or call the U.S. Marshals Service at 1-877-WANTED-2.
