A Russellville man is facing numerous charges, including wanton endangerment, DUI and criminal mischief following a pursuit Friday.
According to the Russellville Police Department, officers responded to a residence on Nashville Street for reports of a disturbance. Before they could arrive, 55-year old Larry Jolicouer of Russellville reportedly left in a vehicle. Officers located him a short time later and attempted to initiate a traffic stop and a pursuit began until he lost control of the vehicle and wrecked.
He was treated and release from the Logan County Hospital for injuries sustained in the crash, and then was taken into custody. He was charged with DUI, first-degree fleeing or evading police, second-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, first-degree criminal mischief and driving on a DUI suspended license.
